London is having a moment.
And everything right now has taken a back step with the events of the last ten days.
While It is beyond question that the passing of Her Majesty is a Black Swan event, the likes of which will be written about for the next century or even longer, but what we have seen lately is simply crazy.
And I daresay profoundly irrational.
It would seem that London was designed for moments like these.
For those who don’t know Central London or who have never been to Britain’s capital city, its layout is such that you can get to the center of town, from wherever it is you reside.
And London’s uniqueness has come to the fore with humongous crowds queuing for 24 hours to see Her Majesty’s lying in state.
24 hours?
Yes it has been up to 24 hours for some.
And what’s interesting here is that all demographics are represented: White, Black, Brown; Young and old; straight and gay.
