Quite often, you will have read articles, from me and many others on the impotence of nation-states in the 21st century.

And with good reason too.

These behemoths have, in a short space of time, amassed a huge amount of power which has undermined the very existence of nation states and national borders.

But the United States of America is a grand exception to the rule.

The reason for this is that the world’s biggest economy is a multi-national conglomerate disguised as a nation-state and the unique advantages conferred upon it by seminal events in history allows it to wield extraordinary powers in ways that other countries can only dream of.

By this, this author is referring to having the world’s reserve currency and its ability to manipulate the greenback to serve its political and economic agenda.

It is an open secret that the likes of Mark Zuckerberg and Peter Thiel through their firms —Facebook and Palantir —have collaborated(willingly or actively coerced) with the American government to help achieve its strategic objectives.

And if you’re still reading this, you must be wondering what this has to do with Binance?
