You miss the point.

The differences in our comprehension and use of the English Language is inextricably linked to our education, class and socio-economic circumstances.

When inner city schools suffer from a profound lack of investment, they produce badly educated citizens.

The problem here is that, Black and Brown kids are the ones at inner city schools in the US and the UK.

What we need to do is destroy the system which engenders profound inequalities.
