What it shows you is how much the country has flooded the world with its currency and how foolishly everyone else has pegged their currency to the dollar, which has allowed Hedge funds to take huge gambles which have destroyed these countries.
The Asian tiger economies are an interesting case in point.
The dollar has been at the front, back and center of America's global dominance.
And this means that however debauched the dollar gets, the wealthiest 1% never get to suffer.
Why?
They simply reinvent the wheel and re consolidate their position.
