Extreme capitalism never has a bad day.

Even at the worst of times, It simply stands back and strategizes on how best to maximize its gains from the misery of billions of people around the world.

And events of the last forty years have vindicated this standpoint.

When the global financial crisis had the entire world staring into the abyss, it was big government that Neo liberals and Wall Street bankers had spent a huge amount of their time denouncing which came to their rescue. The benefits of QE was never felt by those who lost their mortgages, instead, the bail outs from the governments meant fat bonuses.

And when the pandemic ripped apart the very foundations of the market economy, it simply found a way to help the wealthiest get even wealthier.

And increased awareness of climate change catastrophe hasn’t been an impediment to the activities of these behemoths.

So why have I written this?

A few months ago, I wrote about the biggest food companies in the world, namely: ADM, Bunge, Cargill and Louis Dreyfus, known collectively as the ABCD of food.
