Having read all 5 points, it’s obvious that I am horrendously guilty of being an over demanding boss, I micromanage, excoriate at the slightest opportunity and my line reports feel no connection to the company- this is due to the poor pay that they get in relation to the other companies.

As much as I suspect that I may be burnt out myself, strangely it hasn’t deterred me from beating my staff up….

It’s definitely obvious that I need to find better ways of communicating my points across and shield them from the pressures of Executive management.

I hope that it isn’t too late for me or my staff…….
