Hello Dr. Stephanie,
Usually, I wake up at 315 am, do a 90 minute run and fast till midday, sometimes breaking at 1 or 2pm.
my meal times are usually between midday to 7pm.
would you describe this as healthy and adequate as an intermittent fasting partcipant?
i would really like to hear your view on this.
