History Is Supposedly Written By The Winners, But Has The Time Come For Others To Have Their Say?

Of the twelve disciples who were specifically selected by Jesus to do his bidding, Judas was coerced by 30 pieces of silver to give up his mentor to those who wanted him gone.
And for this crime, our man paid the ultimate price and we’re told that he committed suicide.
It was believed that Judas, as was the case with Mark, Matthew, Luke, Peter and John, did write his own account of his time with the son of God, but it never made it to the list of books which became the Holy Bible.
And it’s led me to ask, if it isn’t right that others should tell their stories too?
I write this because nearly everything we know about Africa was written by Europeans and these interlopers had absolutely no incentive to capture the extraordinary brilliance and ingenuity of the natives across disparate parts of the continent.
The French, German, Dutch, Portuguese, Spanish and British capitalist class were overwhelmed by their primordial greed and atavism and every decision they made was shaped by their base instincts.
