As for Tiffany and Co. who also pledged to give $2 million towards HBCU scholarships and internship programs, I am unsure if a company operating on a dark history of slave labor for centuries is ever going to dismantle their systems, which have advantaged them for so long. Perhaps their $2 million pledge was the supposed medium in all of this.
