I agree, but it hasn't necessarily stopped me from acting like a petulant child!

When you are an employee, it comes with perks and guarantees. If you do the work that you have been employed for, you get your monthly salary. If you get sick you might be entitled to some sick pay. But you also have to jump to their command and work to their rules.
Why Are Some Writers On Here So Entitled?
