I largely disagree with the points made here.
The west is currently proving very difficult for millennials to get by and it is only natural for them to seek opportunities abroad.
If it was as crap as you say, you would not be there, doing what yo do. Also, it would be nice to know if you see yourself as an outlier of sorts?
As regards those migrating from SE Asia, it would be nice to have an idea of their profile; are they semi-skilled or degree educated?
What's their earning power since relocating to the west?
I write these things because it's no different from what Africans are grappling with.
Even if the European digital nomads fail, they have a wealth of experience to draw from.
I wouldn't be so dismissive.
