Edgar Ansel Mowrer, who won the Pulitzer Prize in 1933 for Foreign Reporting, covered the rise of Adolph Hitler for the Chicago Tribune and eventually wrote a book called Germany Puts the Clock Back. If you read Mowrer’s long forgotten tome you will find far too many similarities between the rise of Adolph Hitler and Donald Trump. The thing is, Mowrer’s books didn’t get widespread coverage.
