The cost of living in Poland is around $2,400 for a family of four, not including rent. In America, it is $4,165. Let me tell you, $2,400 in Poland is a spoiled lifestyle. This includes eating out often. My family of three doesn’t spend much like that, and we go to the “fancy” gym, the one with the four saunas, pool, and gym equipment that talks to your cell phone while you work out. Literally the fanciest gym I’ve ever been to, and it’s $100 a month. The normal gym, for the proletariat, is still nice, but it’s $35 a month. I spend around $100 every ten days or so at the grocery store, but half of that is me buying expensive cheeses imported from Illinois, Italy, and Ireland — not really necessary, maybe.
