I wonder why folks think that they owe it to Africans to remind them of what the Chinese are like?

The people's Republic of China is as racist as the Russians but they don't go round lecturing Africans about human rights and democracy.

There can be no greater hypocrite than the west; this is something which we must appreciate 100 percent.
