If You Think 2022 Was Bad, 2023 In Brexit Britain Will Be Much Worse

2022 was incredibly tough for millions of folks in the United Kingdom.
We lived through 365 days of great political and economic upheaval.
We had five health secretaries, four chancellors of the exchequer and not forgetting three prime ministers by way of Boris Johnson, Liz Truss and Rishi Sunak.
These changes in political leadership have led to hundreds of billions of pounds lost by way of lost revenue, failed projects and hare-brained policies.
We had Michelle Mone’s multi million contract for PPEs during the pandemic, equipment which was deemed useless and had to be discarded, there were the loans which were written off and there was the large divorce bill from the EU, which put a dent in the nation’s finances and the extraordinary collapse of the NHS, a consequence of years of under investment.
Through this period of great difficulty, the opposition that we so desperately craved, came not from Keir Starmer’s Labour party but from the trade union movement.
