empathy, not only to their employees, but to the plight …f others are upset. This may well tie in with the well known fact that 20% of CEOs are psychopaths. There is a reason that 75% to 95% of people hate their jobs (depending on which country they live in). Perhaps that explains their lack of empathy, not only to their employees, but to the plight of others in the world.
