This is obvious nonsense. OPEC wasn’t motivated by anti-trade-union ideology, and the inflation that followed from soaring oil prices wasn’t caused by working people enjoying a decent wage — it was caused by an oil shortage. That oil shortage would have caused inflation whether or not workers had the right not to be maimed…
