I guess Arab and Iranian leaders have reassured Netanyahu they will do nothing as the IDF destroys Gaza City. Hence, Arab and Iranian leaders have signed off on Netanyahu’s orgy of savagery in Gaza City. These leaders will never admit this in public, and there is nothing on paper, but I think it happened.
