That Vladimir Putin’s position has become increasingly precarious is a well known fact. That his health isn’t what it used to be isn’t in dispute in any way, shape or form; this is evinced by his puffed up face and his shaky hands at the orthodox church last week.
That the Russian economy has taken a bit of a pounding in recent months is clear for all observers to see — amateur or experienced.
Something that hasn’t also been in dispute is the extraordinary incompetence of the Russian military in its prosecution of the war, thus far.
A few days ago, the Ukrainian army intercepted a crucial piece of Russian Intel, which disclosed that over 25,000 service men had died since the invasion began in February.
You can be rest assured that the Russian public have no idea of the exact number of its dead soldiers, owing to its government’s policy of misinformation, which is a huge advantage for the murderous autocrat.
