5. Overheard: The real problem with the Dangote refinery is that the thing may never work. Between Dangote who was feeling very smart and the Indians who work with him and convinced him, they decided to project manage the thing themselves instead of paying a big contractor to do everything for them and hand them the keys when done. Now they have so many contractors on site and there is no one to hold responsible for any of the engineering problems. So all these articles you are seeing are being leaked by some of the contractors there who want to cover their asses.
