You can do this in a notebook or on the notes app on your phone or on a word processing document. I like to use a notebook and I have a ‘traffic light’ colour-coding system: green highlighter for the stories I’ll definitely write, yellow highlighter for maybe, and I use red pen to cross out the ideas I definitely hate.
