As much as I agree with large sections of what you have written, You can never remove the weight of years of systemic racism, badly funded schools, lack of access to facilities, libraries etc.

These disadvantages weigh heavily for those, who must move to set their lives on a different course..

Having said that, I strongly believe in good old fashion hard work and a living a life that confounds expectation in every way..
