Near the end of the semester, this same student turned in a “research paper.” It was 2 pages long, and described a scenario where a hypothetical student athlete brings a drunk girl back to his dorm. It was graphic. He went on to debate what should happen to the student athlete. He believed leniency and education was the way to go, not harsh consequences.
