The British public are a truly fickle and extraordinary lot.

While Brexit has laid siege to our economy and rendered the nation completely unrecognizable from what it was thirteen years ago, millions of people were tuned into ITV, voting to keep Matt Hancock on the reality show in the Australian jungle for which he was paid an extraordinarily huge amount.

But something interesting has been cooking in the last few weeks and months in our dear country.

And what exactly is this?

The admission of the previously inadmissible: The staggering failure of Brexit and Conservative economic policies over the last six years.

During the leadership campaign of the ill fated Liz Truss and Rishi Sunak, the point of attack of the third woman Prime Minister was the policy failures of Sunak as Chancellor; his chronic under-investment in the NHS, which made our world renowned health service ill prepared for the pandemic which killed hundreds of thousands of people in our country.

Kwasi Kwarteng in his very time as the number two man, did admit to his tax cuts…
