It’s humanity versus the 1 percent.

It is really about us against them.

And with these fights, it is all about taking sides.

You really cannot afford to sit out this one, not unless you are among the 1 percent at the top of the food chain.

Why I hear you ask?

I will try to explain in the best possible way.

Not unless you’ve been living on a completely different planet to the rest of us, you will have heard about the writers who have been on strike for a long minute for better working conditions and pay.

When you think of the movies and shows which you have enjoyed on your favourite streaming platforms, you have writers and only writers to thank for dipping into the inner recess of their imagination to create something truly imaginative, captivating and utterly compelling.

You see, writers do all of the work and receive very little in return.

Ditto actors.

Contrary to the prevailing view that writers and actors earn a fortune, the vast majority of these players have to have second and in extreme cases, third jobs to eke out a living.
