This is so true...

Now, he wasn’t stroking our egos and telling us that all of us were brilliant, creative geniuses; actually the opposite. He was saying we’re not as good as we think we are — that no matter how wonderful we think our ideas are, they are nothing if they are left in our head. They will also probably end up being not as great as we hoped once they hit the page.
