e abuse when the …control over your life! Well, actually, no. Good habits take time to build. I know it from running. Running became my everyday habit after I ran consistently for many months. But I didn’t overnight decide to be consistent. It somehow happened. I liked running, and I wanted to run more often, but there was no single moment when I resolved to run more. Similarly bad habits take time to dispose of. I’m not talking about the cases of substance abuse when the change has to be abrupt, or else you risk dying. I am considering more trivial situations we all face.
I think I’m largely done with alcohol, and here’s an interesting observation.

The day after a booze up is usually unproductive and that's not the way to live.
