Antisemitism isn’t dead.

Far from it.

As Jared Kushner found out the hard way with his father in law, this ancient bigotry always finds it way to the fore, one way or another. I write this in spite of the Republican party’s support for the state of Israel.

As it was in the past, when euphemisms were deployed to describe Jewish people,we have a situation in the 21st century where these words are making a big comeback.

Why have I written this?

Tucker Carlson of Fox news.

Just the other day on his show, he came out to attack George Soros, as a foreign billionaire who has sought to change America fundamentally.

Since his days as biggest hedge fund manager in the world, Mr. Soros has spent a huge amount of money on nations around the world supporting and fostering democracies.

This is certainly true in Liberia, Sierra Leone and other far flung parts that you have never heard of. While it may not have been successful in Soros’ birthplace in Hungary, which has lurched all the way to the right in electing Viktor Orban, it has generated a bit of mileage in places that I have previously listed.
