Unpopular Opinion: Trump Was a Far More Effective President Than Obama

Obama’s uselessness and indecisiveness is why we are in this current mess.
Roe Vs Wade has been overturned.
Along with this extraordinary pronouncement, Clarence Thomas also did make the recommendation of overturning previous decisions on same sex marriage, contraception etc.
How did we get here?
And how on earth did we get to this point?
Two words.
Donald Trump.
In one term at the white house, Donald Trump was able to stamp his mark on American politics in a way that Barack Obama was unable to in two terms.
With Obama, you had the impression that he was incredulous at the fact that he was president and he didn’t want to be caught offending white folks’ sensibilities.
You always got the impression that Obama was too worried about how he came across and seemed too willing to make concessions to the Republicans who have never hidden their visceral dislike of the first Black President.
To Trump all that mattered was winning.
If winning meant taking upsetting the established order in the Republican party and accepting Russian money, then so be it.
With Donald Trump, he simply didn’t care about the sensibilities of folks around him; he acted as he pleased; our man talked about grabbing women by the pussy, openly disparaged a female journalist, and mocked a disabled individual and yet none of these things got in the way of defeating Hilary Clinton in November 2016
And as soon as he was inaugurated, the 45th president made sure that he delivered on the promises that he made to the white evangelicals and his Russian paymasters.
Donald J. Trump is precisely why we have a Conservative majority in the supreme court, and he is the reason behind the lurch to the right in American politics.
To think that when he lost the elections in 2020, our man was still able to call on his supporters throughout the union to head to Washington DC to try to overturn the results, shows the enduring appeal of the man.
