Yes or No?

Until a few weeks ago, not very many people knew or had heard of Tim Walz, but our man has made up for lost time since his selection as the running mate to the Democratic nominee — Kamala Harris.

Virtually everything that the man has said and done, has been placed under intense scrutiny.

Walz, in his past life, worked as a social studies teacher and judging by the feedback of his students, the man was a decent teacher.

And it is entirely incumbent upon us to examine the man’s viewpoints.

Over the course of history, we have read umpteen stories regarding man’s ugly propensity for violence and genocide.

The Holy Bible makes the hit series — The Game of Thrones —look like your regular cartoon show, with the God depicted in the old testament, showing absolutely no compassion or compunction in wiping out the Canaanites and Amalekites.

Centuries on, it seems as though the only thing we have learnt extremely well is clever ways of killing other humans.

And it is no lie to state that the art of genocide was truly perfected in the 20th century.
