The fourth installment of Bad Boys is out at the movie theaters, or in British parlance-the cinemas.

And the lead actors —Martin Lawrence and Will Smith — have gone out of their to promote their latest offering by travelling to disparate parts of the globe.

If you are on Instagram, you will have seen our protagonists in Dubai, Riyadh, London, Miami, Madrid to get bums on seats.

And you will also have seen Smith at going to the cinemas in predominantly black areas in LA, to gauge their reaction to his film and judging by the positive feedback, it is fair to say that Bad Boys 4 will rake in a fair sum at the box office.

But there’s an elephant in the room.

Scratch that.

There are a few elephants in the room.

There are those of the view that Will Smith should never be rehabilitated following his attack on Chris Rock at the Academy Awards, two years ago.

In their eyes, what the Fresh Prince did was beyond unforgivable and not to mention traumatic.
