Articles have been generated by the best among us, detailing the moral bankruptcy and hypocrisy of western governments and yet, when you plough through the responses, you are confronted with the staggering cognitive dissonance of most readers.
And you’re left wondering why this is the case? Who should we blame, the government or individuals?
The truth lies in the educational system which is responsible for creating willing robots, who are almost incapable of independent thinking.
To anyone who is still reading my piece, it is worth pointing out that schools are to all intents and purposes, political organizations.
And this is precisely why a young student at Eton, Harrow, Rugby and other inordinately expensive fee paying schools in England, walk around thinking that the world is theirs for the taking, while those who attend bog standard comprehensives spend their entire lives working in service jobs.
This extraordinary state of affairs in British educational system is also compounded by the fact that sordid episodes have been airbrushed out of history.
