As someone who claims to disdain celebrity culture, I do pay quite a bit of attention to what’s happening out there.
And like most people over the course of the last seven months, I have been extremely unnerved and not to mention disappointed with the position of your favourites on Gaza.
Jon Voight, Brad Pitt, Leo DiCaprio, Al Pacino, Robert DeNiro, Will Smith, Denzel Washington, Ryan Reynolds, Ryan Gosling, Samuel L. Jackson and the rest of the A-list establishment, have all been silent on the question of Genocide.
And those who have spoken up, are seen as pariahs, in the industry.
And In the midst of the madness, lies and propaganda, we’ve often wondered aloud where Amal Clooney was.
George’s better half, was meant to be this hot-shot human rights lawyer, who cared deeply about the issues which we have seen in Gaza and it was only natural for folks like us to criticize what we deemed was her silence and complicity.
Well, that was until a few hours ago.
