I feel for Rashida Tlaib,the Palestinians, the Sudanese, the Congolese , the Rohingya, the Black Americans and all other oppressed, neglected and maligned peoples of this earth whose very voice often gets drowned out, distorted and condemned by much more powerful foes. Our suffering will not and can not be in vain. We will resist. And we will lean into our respective cultures confident we will stand and speak up even as they command us to sit down and shut up.
